Dormitory Room

SRI SANKARDEV SANSKRITI SAMAJ IS A RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATION; HENCE RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE STRICTLY TO BE FOLLOWED. GUEST ARE REQUESTED TO FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING RULES AND REGULATIONS :

1. Gambling , Smoking , use of alcoholic drinks and other intoxicants in the Guest House is strictly prohibited
2. Only vegetarian meals will be served in the Dining Hall on the prior intimation to the persons on duty in the Guest House.
3. Rooms are to be occupied only by the persons to whom the allocations are made. Persons staying in the Guest House are not entitled to bring unauthorized guest(s) to stay in the Guest House. No visitors are allowed in the room after 10.00pm
4. A Guest Register will be maintained in the Guest House. Full particulars about the Guest shall be entered in the Register by the Guest occupying the accommodation.
5. The permission to stay in the Guest House shall be subject to availability of accommodation.
6. Information regarding cancellation of reservation must reach the person in-charge of Guest House at least 24 hours in advance of the day on which the accommodation is required. Otherwise guests will be charged one’s rent for the accommodation reserved for them.
7. Any damage to the Guest house property caused by the visitor will be charged on their account accordingly. Persons using the Guest House will make good the damage caused by them to the building or furniture or fixtures or other property of the Guest House during their stay.
8. The management in not responsible for loss or damage of the valuable things.
9. You may be asked to vacate the room if your behavior & conduct is causing any inconvenience to the management or the other customers. You are requested not bring any food from outside or cook in the Hall or wash your clothes in the bathroom.
10. Please keep the key on the reception. If you want to keep with you, in case of loss of key, it will be charged.
